Anjo Tongol has been pastoring Harvesters Baptist Church in Calamba City since 2011. Although he and his family are very busy with various ministries (children’s outreach, soulwinning, home Bible studies, basketball outreach, discipleship classes, etc.), they rely on a borrowed tricycle (motorcycle with sidecar) for transportation. They are praying that the church can purchase their own tricycle for use in these ministries.
A used tricycle costs PHP 50,000 (about $972 USD) and a new one costs PHP 80,000 (about $1553 USD). They would be happy with either one, but we’ll try to raise the funds for a new one since that will give them better service for a longer time.
UPDATE: God provided the funds needed for a new tricycle, which Pastor Tongol has now purchased:
